2. Dispatch and Delivery Timelines

Warehouse Origin: All orders are stored and dispatched from our Cape Town warehouse.
Dispatch Window: In-stock items ship within 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery Time: Once dispatched, courier delivery takes 2 to 5 business days.

3. Our Dispatch Commitment

If your order misses its promised 1-to-2 business day dispatch window, we will notify you, dispatch it the next business day, and automatically refund your delivery fee.

4. Tracking and Delivery Inquiries

You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your parcel is collected by our courier from our Cape Town warehouse.
