Return and Refund Policy

We design objects to last. If a product does not fit your home or function as expected, returning it is straightforward.
1. 30-Day Collection Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return collections are arranged at no charge to you if product is faulty.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
2. How to Start a Return

Send an email to maison@maisonware.africa.

In the email please state your order number, photos of item/items if defective, reason for return and collection address.

Package the item securely in its original packaging. Our courier will collect it directly from your address anywhere in South Africa.
3. Refunds

Returned items are collected and returned to our Cape Town warehouse for inspection.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of receipt at the warehouse.

You will receive an automated email confirmation as soon as the refund is issued.
4. Warranties and Defective Items

Every product page states the specific warranty period for that item, ranging from 1 to 10 years.

Warranties cover manufacturing defects, structural failures, and material faults under normal home use.

If an item arrives damaged or develops a defect within its warranty period, contact maison@maisonware.africa with your order number and a photo of the fault.

We will arrange collection at no cost and provide a replacement or full refund.
