Standard nationwide delivery is R99. Orders over R1000 ship free automatically — no code needed.

Orders processing time takes 1-2 days from Cape Town. Delivery times take from 3-4 business days, outlying areas 4–5.

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unused and in its original packaging, and we arrange collection at no charge.

Email maison@maisonware.africa with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full.

Every product carries a warranty against manufacturing defects — between one and ten years depending on the piece.
